Ihre Aufgaben:

• Fulfillment of Customer requirements for Oracle and/or MS SQL databases systems
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support services for Oracle and/or MS SQL databases systems
• Administration of all non-SAP Oracle and/or MSSQL database systems
• Supplier should adhere to Incident Management Processes in relation to technical domain including the resolution of trouble tickets, reporting and input to Problem Management
• Supplier to assist in Management of Problem tickets in relation to multiple or repeat incidents including root cause analysis
• Implementation of approved changes as per schedule within agreed SLA and in agreement with customers
• Upgrade of account Oracle and/or MSSQL databases systems
• Systems (Patching)
• Support of Customer database related Projects
• Supplier to provide consulting and support for the Installation, implementation, administration, release, change and testing of Oracle and/or MS SQL databases systems including Customer Projects
• Technical design and technical architecture for Oracle and/or MS SQL databases systems
• Project support for new and In-flight projects where Oracle and/or MS SQL databases systems are involved
• Tuning, Performance optimization and capacity planning including reporting
• Management of small projects or sub-projects both National and International
• Collaboration in projects during the concept phase; design, developing and documenting
• Documentation of technical domain as per agreed processes using appropriate templates and documentation standards
• Develop and maintain excellent working and communication relationships with internal and external customers
