Senior Business Analyst: This position will be primarily responsible for developing an Implementation Advanced Planning Document (IAPD) and Request for Proposal (RFP) for the new Statewide Georgia Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Information System. This position will support the WIC Information System Project Manager; in-state travel required and potential for limited out of state travel.
Duties include:
- Develop Implementation Advance Planning Document (IAPD).
- Develop Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Plan, guide and participate in requirements gathering sessions.
- Manage project artifacts.
- Help manage project risks, quality, communications, human resources, scope, schedule, and cost.
- Develop scorecards.
- Conduct meetings.
- Provide briefings.
- Train users.
Experience Needed:
- Experience writing IAPDs and RFPs.
- Experience supporting multi-year projects.
- 10 Years experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Lead, or similar position
- Project Management or Business Analyst certification.
- Experience working with State and/or Federal agencies.
- Knowledge of USDA WIC Program and IT requirements.
- Knowledge of common State Procurement rules and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives.
