Project Manager (Utilities/Billing)
Start: June 2012
Duration: 3-6 months (possible extension)
Location: Brussels
Languages: Dutch (mandatory), English (French is a plus, but not mandatory)
Our customer is looking for a project manager for a prepaid prepaid project within Billing & Collections : process improvement of prepaid customers (prepaid request to bill to collect)
Tasks:
- Follow up the design and take part in the reengineering which will be most likely finalized.
- Check, analyze and write the business requirements.
- Coordinate project team towards successful implementation.
- Describe workflow in flowchart and document procedure.
- Follow up budget.
Business expert ad interim :
- Pick up ad hoc process improvements within Billing & collection team, and steer towards structural process adaptations.
- Analyzing and maintaining process flows and working methods;
- Managing the work of projects assigned to the Chain to achieve agreed results within time, cost and specifications;
- Conduct feasibility studies and follow-up the various phases of the project, aware at any time of the status and reporting to management on progress;
- Analyzing issues and when necessary, taking corrective actions or escalating blocking issues;
- Coordinating all reporting on KPI and financial figures related to concerned chain;
- Monitoring the process efficiency by managing the control framework of the process.
Goal is to lead a major billing project, for which knowledge of SAP IS-U latest version is an asset! If this project leader is a senior experienced project manager (5-7years experience), an extension is possible.
