A large internationally recognised organisation is currently looking for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join their close-knit team. This role will require you to support the Information Technology platforms, staff, systems and applications. You will also be involved in the coordination and implementation of the results services for the organisation.

  • Providing day to day advice and solutions to end users
  • Performing application updates and bug fixes
  • Work with administrative and technical staff to determine new requirements
  • Ensuring that all systems are fully operational and running at capacity
  • Routine tasks including regular backups, security and malware precautions
  • Provide assistance in testing new equipment and systems
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation as required

To be considered for this role the candidate must have:

  • Microsoft SharePoint experience or knowledge would be beneficial
  • Experience in Windows XP, Vista or 7
  • MS Office application, IE & MS Outlook
  • Tertiary Qualifications or recognised industry certifications are desirable
