For a client in the Brussels region, I'm currently looking for a Project manager with good experience in the following (full description below): Project management, bid evaluation, Oracle, ERP, Supply Chain Management. This position requires NATO Secret Clearance (SC), the deadline to submit candidacies is Friday; so if you're eligible to work in Belgium, match the job description and have the necessary clearance, don't hesitate to get in touch!

The role of the Project Manager consultant is to reinforce the project management team for the execution stage of the project (update of the project mandate/brief, development of the project plans and of several Statement of Work and System Requirement Specifications as required, project management and control and quality assurance).

The project management framework is already in place, in line with client's directives and guidelines and shall serve as the basis for the roll out.

The Project Manager consultant contribution shall support the successful execution, within the agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality, of the remaining scope of the project.

Profile
Skills, Expertise and Experience
Required
The consultant shall demonstrate the following skills, expertise and experience:
1-A university degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Sciences, or related discipline.
2-Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in commercial Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Resources Planning systems and processes.
3-Experience in planning, design, system engineering, integration and implementation of military or other communication and information systems;
4-Knowledge and experience in state-of-the-art technologies, relevant to the work, including information processing and transfer of information;
5-Experience in more than one ERP/SCM processes or systems and the integration of these in an organization;
6-Experience in military use of ERP/SCM systems;

7-3 or more amongst the 5 following skills:
a.Good knowledge of IPSAS (International Public Sector Accounting Standards);
b.Good knowledge of financial and procurement business processes or ERP Modules;
c.Good knowledge of Oracle E-business suite and of Oracle Application Implementation Method (AIM);
d.Good knowledge of ERP tools for small businesses and related implementation approaches;
egood knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership evaluation techniques.

Desirable
It is desirable that the consultant can demonstrate the following skills, expertise and experience:
1-Knowledge of international, commercial/industrial standards for information processing and transfer of information;
2-Experience in doing (military) business process analysis.

Personal Attributes
The consultant shall possess the personal qualities of tact, judgment and adaptability as well as good political awareness and motivational and listening skills. In addition, a sense of diplomacy and propriety in order to work harmoniously with colleagues and other staff, both civilian and military, as well as with staff from private scientific/industrial organizations is needed.

Education
The consultant shall possess a university degree in Project Management, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Sciences or related discipline, equivalent to a Master's degree and supplemented by relevant postgraduate qualifications.
