With pragmatic growth plans and a niche in these demanding markets, the business recognises that maintenance of its leading position depends largely upon the level of service to customers therefore we are recruiting for a Senior Quality Engineer/APQP Engineer.
Reporting into the Quality Manager, you'll manage the quality planning requirements whilst defining, planning and supervising the preparation of APQP supporting documentation for new projects. You'll implement and develop systems for APQP, including software systems and manage the resource/timing to gain successful, on-time product approval.
A little about you
Already an accomplished Senior Quality Engineer, you'll have extensive experience of working within the aerospace or automotive background, tier 1 or OEM. You'll have good, sound knowledge of TS16949 and NPI but above all personal integrity and credibility will be essential, as will your numeracy, literacy and communication skills and your ability to be acceptable at all levels.
