Functional analyst and Tester Analyst, NL/FR, Brussels
Tester Analyst. UML. CBD. Business Process Modeling. Utilities.
Our client is looking for a Functional Analyst with good testing knowledge for a long-term contract based in Brussels. You will have good knowledge of UML and SQL, and speak French or English with a good understanding of Dutch (must be able to follow conversation & read documentation).
Experience & expertise:
- testing experience (as tester or analyst)
- background knowledge in utilities industry is an asset
- sound knowledge of the UML modelling language
- knowledge of Business Process Modeling techniques (including Role Activity Diagrams) is a plus
- Analytical and synthesizing skills to clearly define problems and defects and determine solutions for them that suit with controllable impact on mission-critical applications.
Technical skills:
- the ability to analyze functional documentation and produce test scenarios
- fluency in the use of the following tools:
o documentation-communication tools (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
o modelling tools (UML based Case Tools like Enterprise Architect)
o change and configuration management tools (MS VSTS, MS VSS)
o project reporting tools (timesheet reporting)
