Service and Process Design Lead - Contract - 18 month - Shared Services, Service Catalogue, Service management. HR/Learning/RACI
My market leading client is looking for a skilled service design lead with experience and expertise in designing service strategy, service catalogue and service management components, ideally in learning and for shared services.
The Ideall candidate will have a track record and expertise in HR/Learning Shared Services process delivery and design.
Role/Experience
Experience in assessing requirements and customising system implementation.
Engage and contract design work with the Head of CoE and Strategy & Service Manager (SSM).
Develop a Service Catalogue that comprehensively details the customer-facing operational services Learning Operations will deliver to the business on behalf of Learning Providers (ie Academies) and Compliance Authorities.
Develop (and lead a small team to develop) a comprehensive Service Design and Service Operating Manual for the Learning Operations Delivery organisation (including global hubs and local learning operations), including the definition of level 3 operational processes, interface mechanisms, RACI, service outputs and performance levels, and service controls and standards.
Work with the Manager of SSM to define a release plan for delivering the Service Catalogue to the business in line with the LMS and Learning Operations roll-out.
Work with the Organisation Design Consultant to design the job roles, location, sizing and people capability required within LO hubs and local sites to deliver the LO services.
Develop relevant training material to educate and build the skills of people that will manage and deliver the LO services
