Description
We are currently looking for a senior system designer who has experience in O&M design, including remote deployment and maintenance system, fault diagnosis expert system, and configuration management design, to take on the challenge to build the first class competence of serviceability feature in industry.
You will work in an innovative team to perform improving our products serviceability.
The main responsibilities are:
Remote deployment and maintenance solution architecture design, including remote OM channel building and providing the solution of implementing O&M activities (deployment, upgrade, troubleshooting, etc) on the channel.
Fault diagnosis expert system design, including diagnostic rule repository, reasoning engine, etc, which helps efficient and automatic fault diagnostic and fault recovery.
Configuration management design which helps reduce manual work and configuration errors happened in field.
Provide architecture design, even Middleware and component for above three area, and cooperation with product architecture and design team closely.
Setup Long-term mechanism by baseline and specification, to help the solutions be referred by other products.
Represent our client to participate industry and standard organization meeting.
Qualifications and experience
We expect the candidate to have more than 5-10 years experiences on thermal design of high volume industrial products with high reliability requirements and challenging thermal conditions (car industry, marine applications, server industry, telecom, etc ) and that this have given the candidate a thorough and deep understanding of various cooling principles (direct air, HEX, etc) and a wide experience of CFD programs like: Ice Pack, Flotherm. We also expect that a substantial part of this cooling experience has been devoted to liquid cooling applications and the key components of this principle. We also expect an expertise of conceptual design of equipment and comparison of various thermal solutions in both the cost and the functionality perspective. For this position we prefer experiences of the 'platform, concept & product portfolio' discussions that take place during the initial phases of a product life cycle. The candidate can of course communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. We require Bachelor Degree, Masters in mechanical/or and electrical engineering or equivalent backgroundTheTo be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 10 year experiences in CT or IT product design, and familiar with O&M field. Also required is expertise in fault diagnosis expert system, remote deployment and maintenance system or configuration management feature design experience in at least 2 products, including wireless products or Fixed network products.
A Bachelor Degree, or Masters in University or equivalent background is required. The person who has participated industry or standard organization meeting and have industry influence is preferred.

Location
Half of the time will be work in China. The rest of the time work at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden.
