Customer Support Operator required for a well regarded Sydney based organisation.  This role as Customer Support Operator will see you working in a growing and forward thinking service areas within the business.  You will collaborate with Operational Leaders, Team Leaders and Service Partners to optimise service standards. Your focus will be on responding to client enquiries in relation to various tasks relating to recruitment, HR, IT, Business application Support, Payroll and other Contact Centre services as required ensuring all and enquiries are resolved to a high standard.
  
Skills and experience required for this role are:
High level customer service skills and the ability to adopt a flexible and responsive approach to managing client enquiries and complaints
Ability to work in a high volume contact centre environment
Resilience and conflict resolution skills
Ability to navigate through various databases including knowledge bases/SAP/Bizrecruit
Strong time management  and organisational skills for managing varied and competing work priorities within SLA timeframes
Ability to take responsibility for all enquiries until they have been resolved/closed or escalated internally to other skill groups
