Ihre Aufgaben:
- You will be part of a European team and you will be driving EDI forward for financial transactions, with a focus on even further improving the Electronic Invoicing conversion via our EDI Invoicing and our Amazon Vendor Central Web-EDI Invoicing solutions in order to optimize our invoice intake across the EU.

We are looking for exceptional people with outstanding EDI-technical, analytical and leadership skills driving our business and department forward. You will be acting on a Pan-European basis and will be programmatically focusing on EDI Invoicing defects reduction, improving data quality and driving Electronic Invoicing penetration, working closely with vendors and with technical and business teams on a global level internally.
Ihre Qualifikation
- This position requires a minimum of a BA/BS in Business, IT, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
- Senior level experience in EDIFACT standards, especially D96A and above, including Orders and Financial series documents such as ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC and others.
- Experience with EDI communications standards and protocols - AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, VANs, etc. .
- Project Management skills.
- Experience with writing functional design documents, troubleshooting complex EDI failures, and with unit testing methods.
- Proven track record of business partnering, process improvements, improving customer experience and business partner compliance.
- Strong analytical skills, an attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills (in English and German and ideally in another foreign language - French preferred), and the ability to self start and self motivate.
- Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment while being able to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
