Role Description

A potential opportunity for an Italian and English speaking IT Service Manager required for our multinational telecommunications client.

You will ideally be based in Italy or the UK and work with several teams all over the world to deliver reliable services and management of those services across various countries. You will act as an escalation point and single point of contact to resolve matters in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have worked in an ITIL v3 environment and be qualified in ITIL v3 at foundation level as a minimum. You will have experience working and implementing SLAs and OLAs in a IT services delivery environment to meet the requirements of the business. Experience and expose to working in a global and complex environment is a must.

You will plan and deliver cost effective IT services and solutions within the overall IT strategy and to Global standards, in a manner that is supportable, operable and expandable in line with business growth. Ensuring consistency of these deliveries against quality criteria and supporting delivery process change within the functions.

This role will suit an individual that is up for a challenge, able to manage, co-ordinate and collaborate with many people. You will be a great communicator able to manage at all levels, from the user community to very senior management.
