This person will work in the accounting department. They must have a strong SQL background with the ability to write queries and pull data from disparate systems. They must be excellent with Excel with the ability to write macros and do some Scripting. It is preferred that they have some experience with ANY financial application.
Previous experience supporting Coda and Lawson required-ok if candidate has Lawson or Great Plains and does not have Coda. Experience in application troubleshooting. Previous experience supporting production application in a 24x7 environment. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with Windows Server monitoring tools. Ability to write SQL queries. Ability to create Excel macros ands Scripting. Works efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce high quality material with meticulous attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation in both internal and external interactions, and looks for opportunities to provide the highest quality service. Anticipates, recognizes and resolves issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizing and analytical skills. Assists the finance team with better utilization of technical resources. Ability to work both independently and in team environments.

Minimum Education & Experience
Minimum three (5) years professional experience, minimum five (3) years with supporting financial systems.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education and experience.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing IT support to the Finance department. The primary responsibility is to administer and maintain the Coda financial system. This includes assisting with the implementation of Coda at other HPH business units. Responsible for installation of version upgrades, system configuration, administration, security, capacity planning.
Additional responsibilities include support for Hyperion Essbase, Monarch Data Pump, and Chesapeake escheatment software and Onpay check writing software. Provide 24x7 on-call support.
