hyphen are recruiting on behalf of a major Blue Chip Client for a Resource Procurement Manager to be based on-site in Manchester for 6 months.
Our Client is recruiting for a Resource Procurement Manager with the following skills and Experience:
Initiate, deliver and manage an engagement plan. Prioritising activities depending on colleague requirements and business benefits, other initiatives impacting the project community and any other constraints.
- Liaise with project Stakeholders is required on a regular basis, to establish strong working relationships to ensure delivery of the right services.
- This is a process focused role, but it's about how processes impact on the key stakeholders (people)
- The Client needs someone with experience of organisational change, focus groups, etc
- The Client needs someone with emotional intelligence who can see the impact of change on individuals and operationalise a strategy to address any issues.
Additional
Candidates will have come from a HR background, but this is not a pre-requisite. A strong Team Leader with experience of managing people may also have these skills. The Client wants someone from an IT background as they will understand the stakeholders/environment, but this is not a technical role.
