CRM Project Manager.
CRM Project Manager required for my client - to pro ject manage a CRM supplier in the delivery of a Full Business Case to present to stakeholders, to achieve formal approval for the delivery of the CRM roadmap.
Essential Skills.
Significant knowledge and experience of project managing CRM solutions
Extensive experience in project management using a framework of Prince 2 (does not need to be certified Prince 2)
The ability to liaise with internal and external teams to co-ordinate information gathering and approvals by nominated senior stakeholders
The ability to troubleshoot and help solve problems.
The experience of managing multiple team members including 3rd party tier 1 suppliers
Significant experience of developing CRM Roadmaps to determine a CRM organisational roll out
Extensive experience in managing projects within a complex and multidiscipline environment
Working across global boundaries and managing stakeholders activities remotely as well as on site
Excellent communication skills
Excellent skills in writing clear and concise documentation on processes and procedures.
Knowledge and experience of developing a cloud based CRM ideally Salesforce.com
