This large and highly prestigious Federal Government Department is looking to appoint a Information Analyst to join their existing IT Department for an ASAP start. This role will allow the successful incumbent to play an important part in development of Enterprise Meta Models that will assist in a major project.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Working on the management and performance of meta-data management
- Part taking in the planning and developing for a meta-data registry
- The implementation and deployment of the meta-data registry
- Be involved in conceptual, logical and physical Datamodelling
To be considered for this great opportunity the successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing meta-data
- Knowledge and experience of Datamodelling and data flows
- Experience with System Architect, for the purposes of modelling and report writing assignments
- Proven understanding of data storage, integration and analysis
- Knowledge and experience in TOGAF or DODAF is also desirable but not essential
On offer to the successful applicant will be an initial short term contract with a very strong view for extension. Rates will be determined by skills and experience working on similar projects or environments.
