Service Modernisation Process Analyst

Description

My client based in Glasgow is currently seeking a Service Modernisation Process Analyst for a 3 month contract based in Glasgow this is an urgent requirements so you must be immediately available. The Service Modernisation Process Analyst is a senior role to perform a specifically identified task to support and assist in Service Modernisation planning and implementation.

The appropriate individual will report directly to the Head of Corporate Programmes but provide process support across many aspect of the business. While the expected output below looks considerable, much of the leg work on most of the services have been completed, but needs mapped against each other to ensure alignment.

The expected output's of the individuals time are:-

• High Level Map of the key activities which fall under remit, highlighting interdependencies- specifically focused on customer focused activities for individual's, Partners and employer
• AS IS process map for all National Training Programmes and commissioning process, adjacencies
• TO BE Process map for the National Training Programmes and Commissioning activities, identifying areas for improvement and recommending any structural or other changes as appropriate
• High Level initial review against the above of the demand and deficiencies of the existing management information and finance systems
• Process mapping aligned to Service offer the new process for the operational team's 6 service offers, the employer offer and any other associated work-ensuring the link to the delivery channels
• Ongoing role for highlighting areas for focus, recommendations on process improvement and appropriate measures and standards

- Experience of process re-engineering
- Proven methodology for process re-engineering and process mapping
