Petrophysicist
A petrophysicist required for a 12+ contract with an immediate start, for a UK based opportunity.
Skills and Requirements
*Member of integrated subsurface team, with specific responsibilities for,
*Petrophysics to support reserves determination in a major gas field
*Petrophysics to support reservoir characterisation of a turonian gas field; this will be used to assess development options and consider reserves/resources.
*Petrophysics to assess new opportunities as they arise
Technical representation with Partners, government and auditors
*Occasional trips to Russia
Project Summary
*Working knowledge of other disciplines (geology, geophysics, reservoir engineering)
*Experience of reserve determinations, re-determination and unitization would be an advantage
*Experienced petrophysicist with sound technical background and experience of Russian logs
Languages, Russian would be a high advantage
Person Specification
*Degree in Geology
