FLUENT FRENCH SPEAKER. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support, including software/hardware or developer support; understand development technical terminology; experience engaging in social media - eg. forums, blogs, twitter; good customer service experience - accurate, logical problem solving and excellent communication skills; experience in billing, sales or commerce support is useful.
In this role you will have the opportunity to help customers and developers who are experiencing technology issues. You will work with the latest technologies. Troubleshooting at this level is not scripted. As a Support Engineer you will be designing and driving the discovery of potentially unique solutions for each of your customer's situations as part of a team. You will be provided with abundant resources, including a rich content library and advanced tools. In this professional role your contribution and overall impact is self-directed and opportunities are plentiful.
You will be working with varying audiences from technical engineers, developers and tool architects as well as executive level management. You will act as focal point for end to end issue resolution. Be responsive to customer needs.
