Change Manager - HR Transformation Programme
Certeco plan, analyse, manage, test and deliver major business change programmes for large enterprise organizations throughout the UK. Certeco are urgently looking for a Change Manager to work on a Global HR Transformation Programme. Candidates must have specialist HR knowledge and a proven track record of working on a such a programme for a big organisation covering many different countries.
- Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Experience of applying a structured approach to change management
- Experience of developing a change management strategy
- Experience of receiving and logging change request
- Experience of facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Experience of reviewing, negotiating and prioritising change requests with CAB members
Other requirements include
- Good communication skills -both written and verbal
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Strong analytical and decision making abilities
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Experience in a large-scale organisation change effort ideally within Financial Industry
