A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a leading investment bank for a Multi-Lingual Accounts Payable Clerk to join their established accounts team based at their prestigious offices in central London.

The primary responsibility of the role holder is to provide general accounts support to the shared service centre and all the UK offices.

The candidate must be able to speak and write at business level any 3 or more of the following languages - Italian, French, German and Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Daily preparation & processing of invoices
  • Daily scanning of invoices & expense receipts
  • Daily Service helpdesk for Internal & External department calls
  • Daily clear down of all Ariba indexing query items
  • Daily call back items to verify vendor bank accounts

Skills and Requirements:

Essential:

Must be fluent, to business level, in 3 or more of the following languages - Italian, French, German and Spanish.

  • Good telephone manner
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Ability to handle pressure situations
  • Methodical approach to daily processing invoices ensuring department procedures are followed
