Business Analyst - Contract/Interim - SOX
Procura currently require a contact/interim Business Analyst with specific SOX experience on the business and finance side to come on board whilst a revamping of the 2012 project is being undertaken. Assistance is required to bring the SOX programme up to speed with the wider compliance programmes; ensuring governance is quickly brought up to the relevant standard.
The desired business analyst will have experience of working within finance and audit functions of a SOX programme within Financial Services, but must be able to liaise with both the Operation and IT departments.
Key experience required;
- Reviews against SOX practice due diligence
- Documentation of key SOX processes changes
- Working with senior stakeholder groups across multiple business units including finance and IT
- Explaining updated SOX agendas with stakeholders
- Running of workshops with challenging stakeholders from multiple business units
- Develop and implement testing plans
- Established internal audit controls & strong reporting methods
