Description
For one of their new projects they need to deliver application demo's to support the launch of their MediaGen MW solution for the Connected Home.
As part of this project, they are looking for a Web and Javascript Application Developer
Within the team, the candidate will develop the web app's running on a variety of devices.
Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related
discipline (Masters preferred)
Experience:
- Practical experience developing Web applications, using Javascript, CSS, JQuery or other web tool kits
- Knowledge of HTML5 and websocket technologies
Considered a plus:
- Experience accessing underlying platform capabilities like video rendering
- Experience with Tizen/Samsung/Yahoo Connected TV environment/SDK
- DLNA media sharing applications and voice/SIP applications
Overall profile: senior developer or minimum 7 years of development experience
Technical & communication skills:
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously, detail oriented, and ability to work under pressure and short timelines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
- Dynamic, start-up, and disruptive environment experience preferred.
