Project description:
Our client is setting up a new organization within the Group's Companies, responsible for the commercialization of a new product across Europe. This new organization will be centrally led, in parallel to the current EMEA operating companies organization. Scope of this project is to implement the new organization on the existing SAP platforms.
Job description:
In the first phase, this senior SAP FICO consultant will participate in defining the detailed scope of the project, capturing the business requirements and preparing the functional specification. Intention is to remain involved in further execution of the project. Go live planned end 2013.
Required skills:
* Excellent knowledge of the SAP FI and CO modules and knowledge of integration points with other modules, in particular SD and to lesser extent also MM.
* Strong knowledge of Financial and Controlling models supporting Order to Cash process flows.
* Ability to work with business stakeholders to perform a business process analysis, and based on this define the detailed business requirements.
* Ability to translate the business requirements into a SAP solution & specifying that solution in functional and technical design documents.
* Good level of English knowledge and communication skills.
* Functions very independently. Able to self-direct, plan and execute initiatives. Establishes and maintains relationships with critical business stakeholders and other IT groups.
* Experience with working in an international environment, with key users located across the region.
* Experience with working in a virtual team & collaboration with off-shore ABAP team.
Desired skills:
* Experience with Pharmaceutical business, SOX compliant SAP systems, GxP validated SAP systems.
* Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Experience with implementation of cross SAP platform integration and integration/interfaces with external systems.
* Experience with: international VAT reporting, plant abroad set up, currency conversion complexities, payment collection across Europe.
Special instructions:
Senior SAP FICO subject matter expert: Minimum 7 years SAP FICO experience. Multiple full life cycle implementations in and Order-to-Cash business environment.
