This is a high profile, strategic internal Recruitment Manager role working with a well-recognised, national professional service business that has arisen as part of an exciting new HR structure and a fresh approach to hiring the best talent.

This is a 6-12 month FTC with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Are you an in-house experienced hire recruiter in a medium/large sized professional services firm or corporate organisation or in a professional services recruitment agency at an account management level?

operating regionally you will be a key player in implementing the resourcing strategy and brand across the UK.

Central region - Ideally based in Milton Keynes - but will consider offices: Birmingham, Cambridge, Ipswich, Kettering, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Norwich. Travel required!

Overall role purposeThe experienced hire team is an integral part of the wider resourcing team which covers:
Experienced hire resourcing
Brand and trainee resourcing
Talent mobility, focusing primarily on in-bound and out-bound international secondments

The overall purpose of the experienced hire recruitment team is to identify and attract the best talent in the market. People with the capability to deliver our strategy, grow our business and who have a diversity of perspective to drive quality thinking. The Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for hiring the best people, in the quickest time possible for the least cost whilst not compromising quality.

Key responsibilities include:
Implements the overall resourcing strategy and brand
Determines the demand for new hires in area of responsibility, working with the People and Skills Business Partners to prioritise internal talent for vacancies and as necessary, with the outsourced service provider resourcing team to ensure the best external talent is hired
Hiring manager engagement and coaching for enhanced recruitment performance and compliance
Improve recruitment performance in area of responsibility

Markets
Implements resourcing strategy and brand across the UK, including working strategically on implementing assessment and selection methods and adapting locally for hiring managers
For senior level roles that are not outsourced, implements direct hiring campaigns, decreasing reliance on agencies - may also be required to hold individual responsibility for recruiting senior level roles according to business needs

Clients
Works with hiring managers to determines the demand for new hires in area of responsibility and sourcing strategies for specialist roles.
Collaborates with the People and Skills Business Partners to champion roles being filled internally, prior to reverting to the external market.
Collaborates with the resourcing team to ensure the best external talent is hired and effective service delivery.
