The Client is looking for someone Assists with the delivery of Operational Services
Authorising timesheets
Authorising expenses
Help facilitate inductions
Diary management for performance reviews
Booking meeting rooms, issue agenda and action tracking
Performance feedback MI
Dashboard MI
Arrange adhoc contractor corner calls, individual team calls, update FAQ, maintain CSM microsite, maintain sharepoint directory and documents, regular news flashes, etc
Capability to deal with large amounts of data at a very detailed level and produce MI in a pressured environment
Excellent working knowledge of MS Suite, ideally in a Financial Services Operations environment
Self motivation as well as the ability to appreciate the workload of the whole team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the teams targets are met
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Good written and verbal communication skills - ability to challenge stakeholders is a must
