Description
The EHS Administrator role is a hands-on role responsible for providing EHS support to the EHS Specialist over a 3 - 4 month period during the summer of 2012.
Job Specification
- All EHS administrative work
- Setting up/assisting with a document control system for EHS Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms
- Setting up a document system for COSHH Assessments and PUWER Assessments
- Raising of Purchase Orders
- Assisting with arranging EHS Training, Meeting Rooms and refreshments
- Drawing up of incident reports/4-Blocker
- Assisting with any necessary work to fulfil the gaps for ISO14001 and OHSAS18001
- Assisting in preparation of EHS communications
- Writing of EHS minutes
- Producing a Newsletter for Suppliers
- Creating a maintenance schedule for all equipment as part of PUWER Assessment process
