An interim Systems Accountant is required to work for the Group Head Office of a Travel company on an interim basis to assist with the implementation of the INFOR PM10 role. Working in a team of 15 in Finance and reporting to the Group Controller, you will be the project lead in implementing the Infor PM 10 system and will be working alongside 2 Infor consultants and the Group Chief Accountant on the project. The role could extend or become permanent after the 6 months. In order to be considered for this role you must have experience implementing the Infor PM10 system, have accounting knowledge and hotel industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Duties are as follows:
*Assisting with bringing the project live including Organization and coordination between the group HQ, external consultants and users of the system in the field, helping to design the system and meet the needs of the business
*On-going development and support including: working with stakeholders on Phase II, which includes using the tool for forecasting and budgeting; maintaining system on a day to day basis and responding to queries; troubleshooting issues that arise
*Training head office staff or local controllers
*Quarterly and monthly closing process:
- Review of financial packs submitted by the field which can lead to issues with the financial consolidation or management reporting. (Knowledge of accounting required)
*Updating system data for Board reports, dashboards and other key documents/reports as and when required by management

Ideally you will be immediately available although they will consider candidates on 4 weeks notice.
