Our client is a leading pharma business with offices in Guildford. They are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner/Finance Manager for 9 - 12 month contract. The role will involve taking an active role in strategic decision making for the divisions, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge proposals and activities. Key duties will include; Acting as financial business partner to assigned divisions, taking an active role in guiding key stakeholders from a commercial finance perspective; Monitoring financial performance; Controlling processes, including Purchase to Pay and sales incentive/commissions schemes. Candidates should be qualified accountants with experience within Business Partnering roles for a leading Blue Chip company. Strong commercial acumen is a must.
