INDEPENDENT Technical Project Managers w/SDLC'S
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Seeking an Independent Project Manager (PMP) with 10 years minimum U.S. work experience with 5 years minimum experience as a Technical Project Manager within Retail Industry's eCommerce distributed system environments with experience in Waterfall, Agile and other SDLC approaches and methodologies for multiple ongoing development, integration and implementation projects.
- Requires experience in managing and implementing E-commerce distributed systems environment for large multiple ongoing distributed systems E-commerce projects.
- Requires experience in best practices, various software development SDLC's plus a successful proven history in managing multiple project plans, gathering functional and technical requirements for multiple end-to-end integration projects, preparing and providing updates on multiple projects during weekly project review meetings, directing and planning meetings, creating requirements documentation, interface planning, Back End systems processing, managing processes, providing information of overall impact to budget and timelines, planning and communicating to all levels of the internal and external organizations and providing project status reports in both written and verbal formats.
- Requires experience in creating and maintaining Technical requirements documentation to document solutions-based processes and workflows, tracking multiple project schedules, milestones, deliveries, status reports, facilitating weekly meetings, creating status reports for multiple project to present at weekly meetings, tracking technical project plans, coordinating software development, testing and defect tracking, assisting team in troubleshooting technical issues, tracking milestones and timelines, tracking deliverables and providing release management.
- Successful management of technical project teams that consist of subject matter experts, architects, seasoned designers, developers, programmers, testers and systems/network experts.
- Requires a solutions-oriented project manager with effective verbal and written communications skills, social skills and soft skills combined with effective time management skills and organization skills while successfully meeting timelines and deliverable for multiple projects in a fast pace environment.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requires 10 years minimum U.S. work experience with 5 years minimum experience as a Technical Project Manager within Retail Industry's eCommerce distributed systems environment, best practices, high-level understanding of Server Side and Client-Side eCommerce Development, Integration and implementation of Distributed Environments.
- Project Manager will facilitate meetings with the stakeholders and clients to gather functional and technical requirements for multiple end-to-end eCommerce integration projects.
- Draft and maintain Technical Requirements documentation to document solutions-based processes and workflows for multiple projects.
- Project Managers will manage multiple projects while working with the technical project teams consisting of technical experts, subject matter experts and seasoned architects, designers, developers and testers.
- Will support the development and management of multiple project plans, schedules, project tracking, milestone deliveries and status reports for multiple projects.
- Track defects/bugs and assist the team members in troubleshooting and resolving defects and bugs.
- Requires a solutions-oriented team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills, social skills and soft skills combined with effective time management skills and organization skills while successfully meeting timelines for multiple projects in a fast pace environment.
- REQUIRED: EDUCATION: 4 years BS Degree or related 4 years degree
- CERTIFICATION: PMP Certification or scheduled for PMP exam or 5 years minimum proven technical project management experience within an E-commerce distributed environment.
