Description:
For an in-house developed solution, we're looking for an Agile Analyst. Analytical skills and knowledge of business process modelling, user centered design, use case analysis, interaction diagramming, class modelling, etc. etc. are a basic requirement.
But next to that a good candidate embraces concepts such as clear acceptance criteria, executable requirements, short iterations, continuous feedback and clarity of business objectives.
The candidate prefers to be involved throughout the project as part of a multidisciplinary scrum team and not simply upfront during the "definition and kick-off phase".
The candidate has to be comfortable in an environment where the priorities and issues will likely be constantly changing.

Some specific tasks & responsibilities
Facilitates workshops and meetings with business and Scrum team to define, prioritize and estimate
User Stories
Manages the Product Backlog
Prepares the Sprint Planning meeting
Is available for questions and delivers instantaneous feedback to the Scrum Team during the Sprint
Is present in the Daily Scrum
Validates the acceptance criteria during the Sprint
Provide Just Enough/Just in time (functional) documentation
Helps prepare the Sprint demo/Review
Offers support during Business Testing
