Description
Avery Partners is currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a Siemens Soarian Clinical implementation team. The Project Manager will manage the timelines and budgets for the project, interface with the C-Level management team to insure that the project is on-time and on-budget, manage the project team and the tasks for clinical documentation and CPOE.
Responsibilities may include
- System wide standardization of clinical practice in accordance with the evidence and best practices
- Leadership in the design, build and implementation of clinical information systems across multiple hospitals and clinics and regional health centers
- Ability to maximize financial incentives associated with the compliance requirements of meaningful use
- On-site leadership direction for nursing informatics staff to adopt changes in workflow and processes for CPOE and Clinical Documentation
- Serve as Soarian Clinical Subject Manager Expert for educational responsibilities of clinical and IT roles required for implementing a system successfully
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Soarian Clinicals Project Management
- Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Siemens Soarian Clinicals for multiple facilities
- Clinical Degree, ie, Nurse, Allied Health, Physician
- Solid understanding of clinical aspects of hospital and physician based business operations
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
