4+ Years proficiency in programming with ASP.NET/VB.NET (Framework 2.0+)
4+ Years proficiency in using Microsoft Visual Studio (2003, 2005)
4+ Years proficiency with using Microsoft InterDev (6.0)
4+ Years Proficiency using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, UDFs, etc.)
4+ Years Proficiency with shtml/DHTML/CSS/classic ASP
Familliarity working with the Agency-level Enterprise Application(s)
Familiarity with working interactively with large (20+ members) groups
Familiarity with working and interacting within large State Governmental Agencies
Familiarity with SharePoint and working within the SharePoint environment (2007/MOSS 3.0)
Demonstrable ability to understand (and be understood in) both written and spoken English
Ability to interact with customers/clients to develop specification documents for application design/development
