Senior Security Specialist - Amsterdam
Key areas of accountability
In your role as senior security specialist in Amsterdam, your mission is to lean the current security documentation/templates and to train and support the countries using the optimized IRM toolkit.
You will be responsible for the following deliverables:
1. Optimized Information Risk Management toolkit/Leaned security documentation (ie - Practical guidance, tools & templates for Information Risk Management within systems development life cycle (business impact assessment, threats vulnerabilities and controls assessments, operational security guidelines and authorization matrices)
2. Training material
3. POC with leaned security documentation regarding high risk application/underlying infra per country
4. Train country
5. Support country rollout toolkit for the rest of the IT
6. Handover optimized toolkit to line organization
What do we expect from you?
Within this project role, it is vital that you have deeply expertise of application, web and infra security, security in the application development life cycle, identity and access management, security testtools (dynamic and static scans) knowledge about secure coding in .NET/JAVA. Proven experience in knowledge transfer to management and developers. Preferably experience with using the risk forecast model used by financial markets and already worked for financial environment.
1. Relevant degree master/bachelor in IT/security or similar qualifications by experience
2. At least 5 years' experience in IT security
3. General knowledge (experienced being trainer, writing guidance, excel)
Technical knowledge:
1. hardening of business application and infrastructure
2. ISO 2700x
3. Knowledge of IT Risk policies
4. Fluent in English
5. Soft skills: highly developed organizational sensitivity
Additional information
You must be prepared and able to travel internationally for 15% of your professional time.
This is a temporary position, until end of 2012.
