Description
Our super high-visibility client is looking for an individual to create an installer for build output for a specific project, ie Windows user- and Kernel-mode drivers and applications.
The candidate in this contract position will work with the individual stakeholders in the team to define the staging for components (applications, user- and Kernel-mode drivers), create one or more installers for said components, and work with the team that does automated builds to ensure that this work is integrated into their build system so that installers are automatically generated whenever a build occurs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years solid experience with InstallShield or equivalent installer technology writing installers for Windows drivers (user- and/or Kernel-mode) and applications
- Visual Studio
- Batch/Powershell programming
- C/C++
- DPInst a plus
- Understanding of driver-signing and WHQL process a plus
