Implementation Manager - Banking - Crawley - £440 per day

A leading UK retail bank requires an Implementation Manager to join their team based in Crawley on a 13 month contract.

This is a business change role and not technical/IT position.

You will be accountable for planning, preparing and orchestrating the awareness, implementation outputs and deployment approvals, including formal governance around central proving and implementation events, such as Dress Rehearsals, Live Trials and Command and Control for a major divestment programme.

To be considered you must have the following key skills and experience:

  • Experience of print, mail and scanning project implementations
  • Project management
  • Delivery
  • Analytical skills
  • Understanding of central proving events (Dress Rehearsals, Live Trials, Trial Account Migrations) and the multiple dependencies and stakeholders involved
  • Proven experience on a large scale programme
  • A track record of continually assessing the progress against an agreed plan and pre-empting risk and issues
  • Experience in defining implementation governance including roles required within the project team and in other contributing impacted areas
