An Inter-Deal Broking Company based in Jersey City have a vacany for an Electronic Broking Software Application Project Manager.

The Project Manager is to be a key member in managing project plans and schedules for the software/web applications we produce for our Electronic broking arm of the business. The successful candidate will be someone who can help identify and implement project management policies and lead multiple small and large software/web application development projects from conceptualization to launch. The Project Manager will be performing project leadership functions which includes defining the project's objectives, retrieving scopes of work from Business Analysts for each phase of the project, overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle, acquiring resources, and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. Due to the nature of this position, the applicant will need the ability to work from home and during off-hours as necessary.

The successful applicant must have an Electonic Trading background. At least 3 years' experience of increasing project management responsibilities and successful project completions. Experience specific to Electronic Trading Applications. Expert skill in the use of Microsoft Project for complex projects, experience with Microsoft Project Server. Understand how technical issues impact the business drivers and clearly communicate this information to all stakeholders. Aility to customize project management processes, tools, and templates as required for the project. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to aapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple concurrent projects. Proven ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with all departments and at all levels of the organization, including senior management, and strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to reconcile key stakeholder interests, conflicting priorities, and business strategy. Ability to demonstrate work experience by providing examples and samples of work.
