Scheduler

£9.00 per hour
Our client is looking for a competent Schedular to join their offices in Sheffield. The job involves logging and updating requests onto the call management systems and to manage the completion of those requests in terms of Service Levels agreements by the appropriate Analyst.
Duties
- dispatch & schedule engineers (by skill & geography) to relevant sites
- answer calls from engineers within timeframes
- receive relevant info from engineers to close calls
- close calls on system within defined timeframes/procedures
- follow call logging procedures
- maintain related records & logs as directed
- escalate calls as necessary
- ensure admin duties & any associated paper-work are carried out
- ensure scheduling procedures & processes are followed
- perform accurate mgmt of invoice & cross-charge procedure
- resolves std customer queries/issues
- collect & review info for cust reports
- work is reviewed under general guidelines/procedures
Skills
- good understanding of MS Office packages
- knowledge of office systems
- good understanding of dept policy, procedures & processes
- good oral & written communications skills (explains info clearly)
- good org/planning skills
- ability to prioritise & organise own work
- ability to resolve routine problems with established solutions
- ability to apply initiative to resolve non-std problems
- good numerical skills
