Description
Awesome company just outside of 285 in the Galleria Mall area has a need for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst for a long term contract. This is scheduled to last approximately 5-6 months but more than likely will end up extending another 4-5 months, possibly longer. Looking someone for someone with strong hands-on desktop support experience in a corporate environment.
Requirements:
- Exemplary customer service and communication skills in person and over the phone.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with:
o Desktop operating systems such as Windows XP and Windows 7
o Desktop computers
o Laptop computers (HP)
o Desktop and network printers (HP & Ricoh)
o iPhone/iPad with IOS experience (a big plus)
o Blackberry & BES
o Microsoft Office 2003 & 2010 suite.
o Active Directory
o Providing support for remote users over VPN to include VPN connectivity problems.
o Troubleshooting connectivity and network related issues.
o Experience with recent Windows 7 migrations a plus. - Previous experience with installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of desktop and laptop computer systems required.
- Preferred 3+ years' experience supporting customers in a corporate environment.

o Altiris
o Remedy
o Microsoft Lync
o Cisco Unity (minimal user support required)
