This financial services institution is looking for an experienced PMO Support Consultant to join the PMO group to deliver high quality Project Lifecycle services and lead continuous improvement initiatives to support overall objectives.
  
As the PMO Support Consultant you will be responsible for all Project Lifecycle Services including providing support and coaching on estimation and planning, methodology support, including reviews and health checks, benefits management, Program and Project risk management.  You will be accountable for monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of services delivered by the team to support the successful delivery of projects whilst providing leadership and engagement with the project community to ensure quality processes are in place.
  
Your background to succeed in this PMO Support Consultant role will include

• 8-10 years experience in a PMO Project Management environment
• Experience in Project Management
• Exceptional Project Management Office experience
• Experience in the improvement of Project tools, processes and methodologies
• Advanced inter-personal skills to effectively liaise with senior business and technology management
• Proven ability to mentor, coach and motivate to achieve successful outcomes
• Direct experience in large scale project management in a large Corporate
• Experience in estimation and planning, development of business case, establishing a program/project and project estimations and budgeting
