Our client, a leading Asset Management firm, currently seeks a Coric Data Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge of Coric, to be based in The Docklands.

The Coric Data Business Analyst will be responsible for:

-Analysis and validation of any additional data and business requirements, working with the client to clarify the correct interpretation and gain client and project signoff
-Be the Coric Super user for the UK Segregated client implementation; developing and refining report layouts, formatting and workflows as required to support the business requirements
-Lead and manage the UAT of the reports and business processes. Work with the business to develop a UAT approach and plans for the remaining project phases, execute the plans, coordinate the bug fix and retest activities, and facilitate sign off of the UA testing for the area for the scheduling, production, review, sign off and despatch of the report packs
-Subject Matter Expert. Provide guidance and experience of Client Reporting best practice and Coric to the project and business teams, as required by the project
-Agreeing and assisting with the creation of Business procedures within the agree operating model
-Raising and escalating issues identified within the project and with the business as appropriate
-Communicating and reporting effectively with all stakeholders, users and team members, providing regular updates regarding progress and taking control of any potential conflicts of interest and priorities between business groups
-Discussing and agreeing a migration approach and creating migration plans to support the approach. Orchestrating and executing the plans in conjunction with IT and business users and any other parties as required
-Constructively raising key issues and risks on projects particularly in regard to operational and data/reporting integrity issues
-Develop a good working relationship with users, team members and IT resources within HSS and AMG

As such, the successful Coric Data Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

-Significant Client Reporting experience within an Asset Management/Service Provider organisation
-Detailed Equipos Coric experience; Super user knowledge and an appreciation of the data/technical aspects would be a benefit to this role
-Previous experience of leading UA testing within a similar environment
-Experience of working with business users, IT and a project team
-Previous project management experience and familiarity with associated "tools" eg Excel, Word, process mapping and functional requirements documentation
-Experience in building and executing business-focused testing and migration strategies
-1 major system implementation of a client reporting system
-Must have good, structured analytical skills
-Must be a self starter able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
-Must be able to work effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders across business divisions
-Must be a good communicator - verbal and written
-Strong problem solving skills and able to perform under pressure
-Must be able to host and effectively run workshops and meetings, many via conference calls
-Must be able to multi-task and be able to prioritise effectively
-Must have vision and foresight concerning the design and implementation of system solutions, particularly in relation to the impact and design of revised/new business operating models
