Description
MUST HAVE an excellent understanding of the FSA RDR requirements and general experience of operating within an investment business to provide compliance support on FSA Handbook rules and Principles.
- A collaborative self starter who will pick up and run with the role and dovetail it effectively into meeting the team's delivery requirements
- Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes
- Proven experience interacting directly with key business stakeholders and end users
- Ability to manage to changing work priorities and to deliver to deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word packages and ability to present information in a constructive manner and also provide constructive challenge to business proposals where necessary.
- Articulate and a good team player willing to work flexibly to achieve stretching deadlines when necessary.
- Previous experience of working on projects of a similar nature
- Previous experience of working in Risk environments
