Resource Manager/Project Resourcing Manager/Resource and Demand Manager required. My client, a successful and well established Management Consultancy, is looking for an experienced Resource Planner/Resource Manager/Project Resourcing Manager to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract starting this summer.
The Resource Manager/Resource Planner/Project Resourcing Manager will be responsible for the following activities:
- Day to day scheduling of consultants.
- Forward forecasting of consultant utilisation and company revenue.
- Matching consultants to appropriate projects with a view to maximising revenue.
- Meeting development needs within the organisation and arranging and scheduling training for consultants.
- Improving internal communications within the organisation.
The ideal Resource Manager/Resource Coordinator/Project Resourcing Manager will have performed a similar role with a Management Consultancy in the past. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills are essential in this role, as is the ability to forge strong working relationships with individuals of all levels.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Resource Planner/Resource Manager/Resource and Demand Manager with a consulting background to secure a 12 month position with a successful and well respected consulting firm.
