Our client, a well-established telemarketing company based in Bicester are looking for exceptional telemarketers experienced in lead generation, who share our client's belief that true success is not in the numbers of leads but in the pipeline value. Successful candidates will be required to call companies in the UK to generate leads for the current project. In exchange for your hard work, our client is offering fantastic rates of pay and a friendly supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

*Developing contacts on client's database and progressing them through the Contact Lifecycle stages. This will include initial qualification, effective nurturing and development, through to the transition to Sales.
*Planning and executing intelligence-gathering calls to contacts in order to promote awareness and educate contacts regarding client's solutions.
*Scheduling and holding transition meetings with Sales to share information and transition contacts.
*Re-developing contacts demoted from the Sales Cycle.
*Opting contacts into, or out of, marketing campaigns.
*Keeping contact information current in the system at all times.
*Identifying marketing collateral, product literature, etc. to be sent to contacts; initiating fulfilment
*Assisting with targeted one-to-one campaign execution.
*Participating in planning meetings.
*Researching key organisations, mapping organisation charts, gleaning additional contact information and updating the contact database.
The successful candidate will have/be:

*Previous experience of working in a fast moving, technical environment
*Experience in telemarketing/telesales/sales
*Proven experience of meeting or exceeding targets in terms of outbound calls made and leads generated
*Ability to effectively interact with senior contacts
*Self motivated
*Ability to establish credibility with prospects through an understanding of specific industry solutions
*Ability to work within a team of sales and marketing individuals and commit to participating in a high-level of intra-team communication
*Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
*Good organisation skills
Hours: 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday (Fridays 4.30pm finish)
