Description
Based out of Central London (or Salisbury or Bristol) we are looking for a Risk and Governance specialist to work on a fixed term basis to maintain appropriate regulatory governance agreements and keep abreast of UK regulatory changes. You will be accountable for implementing the approved persons process and provide additional training and briefings on regulatory requirements. You will help support and develop a framework for tracking the implementation of risk mitigation plan and support the senior management/stakeholders in advance of any regulatory visit. The suitable person will have a strong understanding of FSA operations including knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for regulatory governance. A risk based background with some project management skills would be ideal. As a minimum the suitable person must have worked within a regulatory role in a financial services environment.
