Description
The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders and the Chief Engineer in order to understand the business requirement for the project, develop effective working relationships and ongoing management process for the project. The Programme Manager/Senior Project Engineer will ensure the project meets industry leading quality standards and will manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project
In order to be considered for the position the following skills and experience are required for the role;
*Experience in leading and managing projects (Ideally Prince 2 qualified)
*A background in Engineering, ideally within the aerospace industry
*Exceptional organisational skills
*Exceptional presentation skills, ideally with experience in presenting to board or senior management level.
*Strong interpersonal skills
*HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline
*Experience in working with Design and/or Quality teams would be an advantage.
