Sales Support Administrator, based in Aston - Birmingham - Salary £17k
We are looking to recruit an experienced Support Administrator. This position is to cover maternity leave - working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30
Your role will involve providing..
*Administration of the contracts process to ensure we abide by the agreed authorisation limitations and SLA's.
*Provide a high level of support to the sales and account management teams in the area of creation and development of customer contracts.
*Liaise with other departments to assist in the completion of contracts
*Contribute to discussions and assist with improvements to current commercial processes.
*General administration support to sales
*Supporting sales in transactional renewals
Essential Skills
*Previous experienced of working within an administration position.
*Good Communicator (Verbal & Written)
*Attention to detail
*Ability to meet deadlines
*Diligent record keeping
*Self starter
*Proactive approach to working within a team
*Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
