The team you will join is a value-added onsite IT Service, which provides IT advice to customers via walk-up queries and provides 'How-To' IT training on a one-to-one and group training basis.
The role is to provide advice and guidance to staff on how to get the most productivity out of their IT technologies and educate the staff to the level of IT &Super Users&.
You will be required to work within a team environment to build strong relationships with customers and external vendors, and provide an ongoing uplifted IT service to staff.

- Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010 (including Microsoft OneNote)
- Follow-You Printing
- Wireless LAN/Juniper Networks Odyssey Client
- Microsoft Office Communicator/LYNC
- Cisco IP and Softphone Technology/CUCi
- Video Conferencing Systems
- McAfee Full Disk Encryption software
- SMARTBoard, Video Conferencing, Smart Panels and LCD Screens
Experience/Qualifications:
- Solid experience in a Technical Desktop Support role
- Advanced communication skills
- An true understanding of customer service and how to build a strong rapport with customers
- Experience dealing with Senior Executives and other senior levels of staff
- A desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Microsoft Office skills, including MS OneNote and Office Communicator
- Advanced technical troubleshooting of Windows XP, Windows 7
- LAN and Wi-Fi Networks
- DELL and MAC Laptop (MACs run Bootcamp, so OS/x knowledge not required)
- Ability to explain technical details in an easy to understand language
- Partnering with third party suppliers
- Technical Documentation
