RP International is looking for a Managed Services Transition/Transformation Subject Matter Expert to join one of the biggest vendors in the Telco Industry. You will be based in Shenzhen (China) and maybe required to travel.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
- At least 8 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry.
- Familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors.
- Candidates familiar with wireless network O&M are preferred.
- At least 5 years large project/dept management experience with good track records.
- Candidates with overseas key project management experience or possess PMP certificate are preferred.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC operation, Field maintenance, network performance management, eTom/ITIL, OSS/IT, IN/VAS, resource transfer management (people and asset).
- Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
- Energetic and studious; be able to travel frequently with short notice and work overseas.
- Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. Be able to work as a team member, have good coordination and organizing skills.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and at least one local language.
