Description
RP International is looking for a Managed Services Solutions Expert to Support our client's Global account. You will be based in Shenzhen China and the role may involve some travelling. This is a contract position with a minimum duration of 6 months and will be extendible depending on your performance.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Market Analysis and Planning of Managed Service Solutions
- Customer requirements management
- Liaison with relevant Business Unit and Huawei Head Office for MS solution development
- Proactively supporting global service promotion activities:
- E2E MS Solution Customization
- Proposal generation, Business Case generation, Quotation generation etc.
- Presentation generation and presentation.
- Supporting local organizations and Accounts for Service Solutions/bidding to reach sales target:
- Subject matter expert in, Operations & Maintenance Processes (FLM, SPMS, NOC, Offshore, IT Platform etc.), Transition,
- Supporting negotiations from solution point of view
Experience in the following:
- Proven experience in Managed Service Solution, generation & delivery,
- Detailed knowledge of all network elements that could be included in an end to end MS solution
- Sales experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good team working ethic
- Understanding of customer needs in Managed Services.
- Customer relationship building & maintaining
- Solution Expertise - Knowledge and experiences in telecommunication outsourcing services:
- Detailed end to end process of telecom operation and maintenance (ITIL, eTOM etc.), eg FLM, SPMS, NOC, Support, Network optimization and planning
- Transition processes
- Due Diligence
